Feast on Farro and Pickled Ramps at Feast VI

Here's the menu for the Feast Scholarship Dinner coming up Monday, May 4 at 6:30 p.m. at the Visual Arts Collective. Organized by Meshel Ledet and Chelsea Snow, Feast serves up a delicious dinner while presenters make their plea for a $1,000 micro-grant funded by the audience.

The Feast VI chef is Kevin Huelsmann, who also works in the kitchen of prix-fixe powerhouse State & Lemp.
