The Feast at Feast VI

Last night was the packed Feast scholarship dinner at the Visual Arts Collective in Garden City. Chef Kevin Huelsmann of State & Lemp prepared quite a spread for the evening, which was served up school-cafeteria-style on compartmentalized plastic trays.

Crisp radishes with parsley, cucumbers and pistachios. 

 

Farro salad with pickled ramp dressing and spring pea shoots. 

 

 Caramelized brussels sprouts and artichokes in vinaigrette.

 

Juicy slow-cooked pork with celery, strawberries and rhubarb.
